Cindy Mendenhall - President, contributes a broad knowledge base with a background in Environmental Science and Biology, business management and marketing.
Stuart Mendenhall - Project Manager, contributes to the company 20 plus years experience in farming, ranching and land use.
We started Land Rehab Inc because of our deep appreciation and understanding of land use issues, commercial development and conservation. We realized a need for a company with integrity, passion and knowledge to be involved in pollution prevention, restoration and preservation of disturbed areas as a result of construction and development. We are passionately committed to all efforts required to protect Colorado’s streams, rivers, lakes and wetlands from the possible adverse affects of construction activities.
Land Rehab Inc incorporated in Colorado in 2003 and continues to provide reclamation, erosion control, stormwater management services and environmental consulting to private, federal, state and public works entities in an effort to reduce compliance complications for our clients and stay true to our love of the land and water we all depend on. We provide services including:
- Custom Drill Seeding
- Hydraulic seeding and mulching
- Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMPs)
- SWPPP Development and Management
We have completed many projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado county and city governments and various commercial projects with prime contractors such as:
- Schmidt Construction, Tepa EC, Torix General Contractors, Lafarge West, Hensel Phelps, MA Mortenson, CIG/El Paso Gas, Kiewit Western, Tezak Heavy Equipment, and Innovar Environmental.
Safety is our number one priority. We have implemented an extensive safety program for our employee’s that we all take very seriously. We work with a core crew of great people without whom we wouldn’t even need a website.
